In-store Signing with Comic Book Artist Fred Keel
Comic book writer, artist Fred Keel will be at Sessions Zero in Weatherford TX on April 13th, 2024. Fred Keel has worked with publishers such as Antarctic Press, and his work is featured in titles such as Ninja High School, Tomorrow Girl, and he is the writer, creator of the faith-based comic book series called Queen Cobra. Fred will be in the store from 11am-5pm, the event is FREE to attend, and he will have copies of his comic books, prints, sketch cards, and will be accepting commissions throughout the day! Artscape Fine Art Show & Sale
Artscape at the Dallas Arboretum is a juried fine art show and sale featuring over 100 artists from around the country. Artists will fill Jonsson Color Garden and the Lakeside Exhibit Area selling paintings, jewelry, photography, woodwork and more. As you shop, enjoy some light bites from favorite local food trucks and restaurants. You may also grab a beer or wine from one of the on-site bars so you can happily sip and shop. This is a free Christian event with 3 Christian bands, vendor booths, and evangelistic activities. We are 2 Christian Motorcyclist Association (CMA) chapters (The Fishermen– out of Arlington and The Soul Harvesters– out of Johnson County) who are holding this event. We have obtained sponsors to support the event. Our main purpose is to spread the Gospel to anyone who will listen and bless everyone with a fun event.
